RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY 

NO CANCELLATIONS. NO REFUNDS. STORE CREDIT ONLY. NO EXCEPTIONS!

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN ORDERS. 

RETURNS

Customers are responsible for RETURN/EXCHANGE shipping unless the order was filled in error or defective.

All items purchased are eligible for store credit within 14 days delivery receipt EXCEPT FOR SALE ITEMS.

RETURN ITEMS MUST be POST MARKED no later than 14 days from date of delivery to be eligible for credit or exchange.

SALE ITEMS are FINAL SALE and are NOT eligible for exchange or store credit.

Please use the Returns FORM that was shipped with your order.

Please be sure to include your order number and/or the returns form with your return. Please be sure to FILL OUT THE FORM if you are exchanging to indicate the SIZE/ COLOR you are exchanging for.

PREORDERS

Preorders are orders placed for an item that has not yet been released. Payment will be taken at the time of purchase for any item that has PREORDER listed. The date in the description of the item is an estimated ship date, which means we expect this item to arrive to us on that date and it will ship to the customer on that date. 

Merchandise can arrive before or after the expected date in the description, so if there is a delay we will notify the customer via email.

***PLEASE NOTE…Pre-ordered items cannot and will not be cancelled under any circumstances. A preorder item is reserved specifically for the customer who ordered it and ordered from the vendor specifically because the customer placed the order. 

EXCHANGES

Regularly priced Items are eligible for exchange at customer discretion. Exchanges; once complete are deemed FINAL SALE and will not be eligible for credit once completed and sent back to the customer.

Orders received without a filled out return form, or forms that do not indicate the SIZE/ COLOR you are exchanging for, will be issued CREDIT AUTOMATICALLY!!

CONDITIONS

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Please see the tips below for keeping your items in returnable condition:

SWIMWEAR, BODYSUITS & LINGERIE

May not be returned. NO EXCEPTION!

Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment. It will not be accepted.

RETURNS RECEIVED 

Please note, returns do take us 2-7 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your credit is issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

Items sent for return that are NOT eligible for credit are subject to a restocking fee OF NO LESS THAN 30%

DAMAGED ITEMS
